PURCHASING (Germany)

Please feel free to ask us any questions about the product or the ordering process by contacting us. Online purchases can be made by COD (Nachnahme by Deutsche Post) We assesses € 11,00 for cash on delivery (COD / Nachnahme). Once your order has been confirmed via email, your items will be shipped. Orders are usually processed within 14 days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. On occasion, the item you ordered may be out of stock, in which case we will call or email you. The prices are indicated in Euro including VAT.applied. The tax applicable on German territory is 19% on garments.

SHIPPING

We ship domestically. Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer. Our default shipping method is German post (COD).

ADDRESS

The articles ordered by the customer are delivered to the address given by the customer. Please verify your correct address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unworn clothing purchased online may be returned or exchanged for store credit only if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item and return it to us within 14 days of the order ship date on his own expense. Goods must be in perfect unworn condition with all original packaging intact. It shall be the customer's responsability to retain all proof of return. Please contact info@negassi.com
